Our visit to Dubrovnik was long planned and we had very high expectations. Our stay at the Pucic Palace Hotel easily exceeded those expectations. It's location is the very best you can get in the Old Town. Our corner room balcony opened on to the square below - we were transported back in history and felt like the noblemen that once enjoyed the town. This is a small boutique hotel, and the room was elegantly and stylishly furnished - high ceilings, paintings on the wall and the tall drapes added to its character. The large bathroom with period-style tub as well as modern shower was perfect - we also appreciated the Bvlgari amenities! Full housekeeping service twice a day kept the room fresh and in character. Our trip would not have been the same without the ladies at Reception - Marijana and Sania. They gave us the feeling that we were close friends and their only goal was to ensure we had a great time in Dubrovnik. Their local knowledge and suggestions gave us the edge to make our trip superb. We especially appreciated their recommendations. for instance, wed would never have discovered the Yacht Club, known primarily to the locals, as one of the most scenic lunch spots where we had a memorable meal. Breakfast was included for hotel guests and was amazing. When breakfast is included at a hotel, we usually expect a self-service buffet. Not at Pucic Palace! We were invited to order anything from the exciting menu for a chef-prepared breakfast each morning. A great way to start the day. Knowing that this hotel is in the pedestrian-only zone of the city, we were a little apprehensive about how we would carry our luggage after being dropped off at the city gate and find our way to the hotel in a new place. But no fear - the taxi driver called the hotel when we were approaching, and we had a staff member waiting for us to help with our luggage and escort us to the property - and we got the same service on our way back. We miss Pucic Palace!

The most amazing location in the centre of Dubrovnik, a very beautiful hotel with a wonderful restaurant and some of the best service we have ever received. We arrived early and our rooms weren't ready so we happily sat in the square people (particularly game of thrones tours) watching, drinking cocktails and eating wonderful food. Our rooms were very comfortable with amazing bathrooms for such an old and quirky building. One day was quite stormy so we happily sat in the restaurant eating and drinking while watching yet more game of thrones tours getting blown about and rained on! The staff were fantastic and we would happily stay there again just for the service.

Location was AMAZING set right in the middle of Dubrovnik Old Town, just steps to cafes. restaurants, bars, markets & historic sites. We celebrated my wife's birthday during our stay and the experience was made extra special by staying in this delightful hotel. Our room was charming, furnished with lovely artwork and antiques. We faced the square and had front row seats to the sights and sounds of Dubrovnik's bustling mornings, and not to mention those church bells - magical! Breakfast was included and was plentiful & delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful in assisting us with dining options and available tours.

- Grand building steeped in history and grandeur - room comes with a balcony overlooking old town market square - Sania was an amazing hostess and helped organise a surprise birthday celebration for my wife. - breakfast was delicious and the staff very attentive. - location in old town was the best possible place to stay in Dubrovnik. - Housekeeping cleaned and inspected the rooms twice a day to ensure the room was immaculate throughout

The staff went above and beyond to help us have a good stay. They catered really well for my (substantial) food intolerances, which was lovely. The front office staff also gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants and walks in the city and also helped us with an early morning airport transfer. The hotel was central to everything in Old Town. We had a great stay.
